How to Do AIOU Enrollment?

1: Visit the Official Website

  1. Open your browser and go to the official website of AIOU.
  2. On the homepage, click on the “Admissions” section.
  3. Select “Apply for New Admission” to begin the application process.

2: Create an Account

  1. Click on the Create Account Option

On the admissions page, find the Create Account button and click on it.

  1. Enter Your Details
    • Provide your mobile number or email address.
    • Ensure that your mobile number is active and not on a different network to avoid verification issues.
  2. Set a Password
    • Create a password that you can easily remember.
    • Confirm the password by entering it again in the second field.
  3. Verify Your Account
    • After submitting your details, a verification code (OTP) will be sent to your mobile or email.
    • Enter the code on the website to complete the verification process.
    • Tip: If you don’t receive the OTP immediately, try entering your email instead of your phone number.
  4. Wait for Account Activation
    • If the code doesn’t arrive, wait up to 12 hours for your account to activate automatically.
    • Once your account is verified and activated, you’re ready to log in.

3: Log In to Your Account

  1. Go to the Login Page
    • Enter your registered email or phone number and the password you created.
  2. Access Your Dashboard
    • Once logged in, you’ll see your account dashboard.

4: Apply for a Program

  1. Navigate to the Application Section
  2. On the left-hand panel of the dashboard, click on “Apply for New Program”.
  3. Here, you can view previously applied programs or start a new application.
  4. Choose Your Desired Program
    • Select the program you want to apply for (e.g., B.Ed. or any other degree).
  5. Click on “Select Program” to proceed.
  6. Fill Out Your Details
  7. Provide all required details in the application form:
    • Personal Information: Your name, address, and contact information.
    • Educational Background: Your previous qualifications.
    • Professional Experience (if applicable).
  8. Course Information
    • Select the courses you want to enrol in.
  9. Upload Documents
    • Upload a recent photograph and any required educational documents.
  • Ensure the documents are clear and meet the required format.
  • Review and Submit
    • Double-check all the entered information.
    • Click on “Submit Application” once you’re confident everything is accurate.

Step 5: Pay the Admission Fee

  1. Download the Fee Challan

After submitting your application, a fee challan will be generated.

  • Pay the Fee
    • You can pay your fee at designated banks or through mobile banking services like EasyPaisa or U-Paisa.
  • Verify Payment
    • After payment, your application status will be updated to “Paid” and marked as “Verified” within seven days.

Important Notes about AIOU Enrollment

  • Submit your fee before the due date to avoid late charges.
  • Applications are only verified after the fee payment is confirmed.
